摘要: 为揭示矿井回风喷淋换热器中回风与液滴之间热质交换机理,首先利用气水热质交换理论确定制热工况下换热器中回风与液滴状态变化过程,然后基于气水热交换平衡方程以及冷却干燥过程中气水热交换的全热交换效率和通用热交换效率模型,建立了回风换热器制热工况下热交换效率数学模型,对指导回风换热器的设计及运行具有重要意义。

Abstract: In order to disclose the mechanics of heat and mass transfer between mine return air and water in mine return air shower heat exchanger (MRASHE), firstly, heat and mass transfer theories between air and water are employed to identify the changing process in mine return air and droplets states under the operating conditions of heating. And then, mathematical model of heat transfer efficiency of MRASHE under the operating conditions of heating is developed based on the heat balance equation of air-water heat transfer, and the overall and general heat transfer efficiency models in the process of cooling and drying process, which is very significant to guide the design and operation of MRASHE.
